Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at the details below with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised/custom items, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product listing before purchasing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the damaged item.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
